Harry Baker joined Swiss Finance & Property UK in 2023 as an Associate and will primarily work on investment origination, transactions, and asset management.

He is a real estate professional with 5 years’ experience as Head of Credit for Aspen Bridging (S&U PLC) a Non-bank specialist lender focused primarily on residential and commercial debt facilities. Harry joined Aspen Bridging in 2017 and was part of the startup team where he gained valuable experience executing transactions, structuring loans and working on recoveries, before becoming responsible for the firm’s credit quality, underwriting process and credit papers.

Harry has a BSc in Business Management from Aston University in Birmingham and holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Reading University where he graduated with Distinction. Harry is a member of RICS and is currently completing his APC to become a Chartered Member (MRICS).
