SF Property Securities Fund and SF Property Selection Fund: GRESB results 2024
The Swiss Finance & Property Group is pleased to officially announce the results of the 2024 GRESB assessment for the SF Property Securities Fund and the SF Property Selection Fund.
This year's GRESB criteria have been tightened, which is why the results are not comparable with those of previous years. Both products achieved a four-star rating and 85 out of a possible 100 points, significantly exceeding the GRESB average of 76 points. The average for all Swiss GRESB participants was 84 points.
- GRESB continues to record a steady number of participants in Switzerland. The coverage rate for the SF Property Securities Fund is 69% and 73% for the SF Property Selection Fund.
- Both the SF Property Securities Fund and the SF Property Selection Fund received a "performance" rating of 56 out of 70 points, which is still above the GRESB average of 50 points. The "management" rating for both products was 29 out of 30 points.
- The SF Property Securities Fund and the SF Property Selection Fund achieved the maximum possible 18 points in the "social" category and 19 out of 20 points in the "governance" category. In addition, both products scored 48 out of 62 points in the "environmental" category and exceeded the GRESB average by 5 points.
These evaluations are based on the portfolio allocation as at 30 September 2024 with the GRESB reports from October 2024.
