We provide fiduciary portfolio and asset management for various pension funds and employee benefit foundations. Below, you will find the key figures for a mandate of an investment foundation of an international corporation headquartered in Switzerland.

The investment strategy focuses on investing in various construction projects (developments, new builds, renovations), increasing the real estate quota through existing properties, continuously reviewing the entire portfolio in terms of consolidation potential, and maintaining a high occupancy rate through active management.
