The mandates for managing indirect real estate investments allow broad diversification across the full investment universe of the Swiss real estate market as well as a tailored approach to meeting the specific requirements of our clients.

We take decisions about the allocation and selection of investments based on a careful assessment of asset classes, segments and regions. During this process we use our own valuation models based on our own database and engage in fundamental primary research that involves regular meetings with management and visits to properties and construction projects. We also capture all information relevant to sustainability in our database and regularly communicate with the relevant stakeholders.

Technical market analysis is an integral component of our investment process and supports us in the implementation of investment decisions.
