The SF Commercial Properties Fund sends a strong signal for the future viability of its properties with targeted investments in sustainability and efficiency.
Envelope renovations in St. Gallen: The properties in St. Gallen were upgraded with partial renovations to the façade, windows and roof to ensure long-term energy efficiency and value retention.
Modern heating systems: In the properties in Lyss and St. Gallen, the existing oil heating systems were replaced with sustainable district heating connections, an important step towards reducing CO₂ emissions.
Photovoltaic initiatives: In St. Gallen, a new photovoltaic system was successfully installed and put into operation, while in Langenthal the leasing of roof space for a further photovoltaic system is being examined.
These measures underline the SF Commercial Properties Fund's commitment to sustainable and future-oriented property management.
Asset and portfolio management was able to secure numerous contract extensions for space totalling around 8 600 m2 in various properties.
Castione: 5-year contract extensions for Regusci Reco SA (1 398 m2), Home & Stone Living SA (300 m2) and Vebego AG (336 m2) and rental of additional space (80 m2) as well as contract extension for ASM trasporti e scavi Sagl until 31 December 2025 (480 m2)
Bubendorf: Contract extension Ringo Türen AG for 5 years (515 m2) and contract extension for De Dietrich until 2028 (2 179 m2)
Allschwil: Extension of contract with the canton of Basel-Landschaft for 5 years (436 m2)
Meisterschwanden: Contract extension with ESTECH Industries AG until 2040 (4 487 m2)
Aclens: Contract extension Her-Huyl Génie Civile SA for 5 years (688 m2)
