SF Commercial Properties Fund leases additional 528 square metre of commercial space in Spreitenbach to main tenant A. Steffen AG

In the property at Limmatstrasse 8-12 in Spreitenbach, around 12,000 different electrical articles are stored on 6,000 pallet spaces, including many own and special products. In addition to the 11,884 m² of space already rented, the SF Commercial Properties Fund was able to lease an additional 528 m² of commercial space. Together with other lettings in the portfolio, the vacancy rate was further reduced and the earnings situation improved.
