News

GRESB is the leading sustainability benchmark for the real estate industry. This year we took part for the second time for our direct real estate investment products and are proud to present the results of the Swiss listed real estate funds to you.

The SF Sustainable Property Fund received 85 out of 100 points, a 4-star rating for its investment properties and sixth place in a direct peer comparison (Switzerland, residential: multifamily, core).

The SF Retail Properties Fund also received 80 out of 100 points, a 3-star rating for its investment properties and seventh place in a direct peer comparison (Western Europe, retail: retail centres, core).

The SF Commercial Properties Fund achieved 85 out of 100 points, also a 4-star rating for its investment properties and second place in a direct peer comparison (Western Europe, mixed use, core).

Thomas Lavater, Head Direct Funds & Foundation, on the GRESB results: “Our ongoing efforts to improve our sustainability performance have paid off. We are delighted to be able to report another pleasing GRESB rating, even though our peers have significantly raised their game. This result confirms that our strategy is paying off.”
