In Root LU, the rental agreement with one of the largest tenants in the investment group - Röösli Transporte - was extended and the pipeline presented as part of the capital raising was developed as announced.

Significant lease extension

Root, Längenbold 7

In Root LU, Im Längenbold 7, the rental agreement with one of the largest tenants in the investment group - Röösli Transporte, a branch of Planzer Transporte AG - for a logistics area of 16,116 m2 was extended for a further ten years until 2034.

Rossens, Route de Montena 91

The property is located in the industrial zone of Rossens/FR. The construction of the A12 highway in the 1970s with direct access enabled Rossens to undergo a huge economic transformation with the development of a very dynamic industrial zone. The two-storey property, which will be completed in 2023, offers 7,260 m2 of flexible and divisible space with an average room height of 4.3m. Eighteen loading docks and two goods lifts characterize this excellent logistics property. The entire space is leased to Swiss Post on a ten-year lease with an option for a further five years.

Wetzikon, Elisabethenstrasse 22/24

This purely residential property, built in 2013, was also integrated into the investment group with effect from October 1, 2024. The approximately 20 spacious family apartments are located in a quiet and popular residential area of the town of Wetzikon. Thanks to a wood chip heating system, the property already meets all of the investment group's sustainability criteria and, in line with the strategy, strengthens the Zurich region, which is now once again the largest region in the investment group with a share of over 34%.
