SF Urban Properties Ltd - MINERVA, living in the Hirslandenquartier

Additional income from the realization of condominium property projects

SF Urban Properties Ltd invests in investment properties and condominium project developments. The sale of condominium projects generates additional income, which is reinvested in the existing investment portfolio on the one hand and enables the company to distribute dividends on the other. The company is currently realizing four condominium projects, including the MINERVA project in Zurich.

MINERVA - Wohnen im Hirslandenquartier

In the middle of the charming Hirslanden district, you will find exclusive living. Here you can enjoy urban life in a quiet and green environment - a perfect center for a balanced life between work, family, leisure and culture. The building presents itself as self-confident, open and transparent. With its combination of classic yet modern design, it impressively complements the surrounding neighboring buildings with its elegant appearance. The building blends effortlessly into the urban fabric by picking up on familiar elements of its surroundings.
