Lease extensions of around 4,000 square meters in the SF Commercial Properties Fund

The SF Commercial Properties Fund further improved the quality of its portfolio by extending leases for a total of 4,000 square meters in the first half of 2024, thus minimising the vacancy risk. The SF Commercial Properties Fund has an attractive portfolio thanks to stable and index-linked letting.

 

Further information on the lease extensions in the first half of 2024:

Castione TI, Via San Gottardo 18a

In the commercial property at Via San Gottardo 18a, the rental agreement for 380 square meters with the company RehaPlanet s.n.c. has been extended for a further five years. The store offers a wide range of rehabilitation products that can be viewed and tested at any time.

Lamone TI, Via Industria 16

Datamars SA operates worldwide and has its headquarters in Ticino. Datamars SA is active in the research and development of identification technologies in various sectors such as agriculture and textile services. It has been a tenant in Lamone since spring 2018 and has extended the lease for 2,160 square meters for a further five years.

Staad SG, Hauptstrasse 104

Carosserie Nänni AG has been in the property at Hauptstrasse 104 in Staad SG since 2006. The motivated team at this small car body and garage business is passionate about customer mobility. Whether repairs, servicing, repairing paint damage, exhaust testing or restorations - everything is offered here from a single source. We are delighted that our long-standing tenant Qualipet AG has extended its lease for around 900  square meters in Langenthal for a further five years. The company operates 86 stores and is the market leader in the pet supplies sector in Switzerland. Qualipet AG has been a tenant in the SF Commercial Properties Fund property since 2010, optimally complementing the range of other retail companies and particularly appreciating the large number of customer parking spaces directly in front of the building.
