SFP AST Swiss Real Estate – Presentation Capital Raise (in English)

SFP Investment Foundation is executing another capital raise for its SFP AST Swiss Real Estate investment group. On this occasion, we are pleased to invite you to the conference call on Monday, 27 May 2024.

SFP AST SRE‘s investment objective is aimed at building up a diversified portfolio of core/core plus properties throughout Switzerland. Since its launch at the end of 2018, the investment group has acquired an attractive portfolio with a market value of CHF 674 million as at end of 2023. The allocation by type of use currently comprises 56% residential and 44% commercial properties, with a gross return of 3.75% and low vacancy rate of just 0.4%. The focus of further growth will be on residential properties in order to achieve the target utilisation ratio of 60%.

The new funds raised will be used to open up new acquisition opportunities and the associated pipeline, while keeping the strategic debt financing ratio at around 20%.
