Capital Increase Investment Group Realstone Residential Real Estate Switzerland (RIRS)

The Realstone Investment Foundation is raising capital for the Realstone Residential Real Estate Switzerland ("RIRS") investment group in the first quarter of 2025. Swiss Finance & Property Ltd is acting as placement agent and strategic advisor in this transaction. 

  • Target volume: around CHF 60 million
  • End of the subscription period: 7 March 2025
  • Payment date: 14 March 2025
