Philipp Braunwalder

Curriculum vitae

Philipp Braunwalder joined Swiss Finance & Property UK from Turner Construction where he worked for their Corporate Strategy team in the US before moving to the UK to implement a growth plan for newly acquired Turner subsidiary, Real PM. Philipp has experience of the US & UK construction markets and a track record of growing and managing businesses for new market entrants.

Prior to working in the Real Estate sector Philipp worked at both UBS and Barclays Bank in their wealth management divisions, working predominantly with UK clients. Philipp is passionate about the environment and sustainability and is a founder of the Urban Land Institute’s ‘Bridging the Gap’ initiative.

Philipp received his undergraduate degree from University College London (UCL), an MBA from Georgetown and is accredited by University of Cambridge in Business Sustainability Management.
